REGISTRATION FEES                                                        1st Child -  $175 (This includes $15 Membership fee)                              Additional Children - $80                                                                                  Membership ONLY - $15

WHAT DO I NEED?                                                             1. Child being registered MUST be 5 (and registered for Kindergarten for September 2012) up to age 14 before December 1st of the current football season and still attending grammar school. (Certain weight restrictions apply for football players)                                                           2. Child being registered must be present with a COPY of the birth certificate. (Football players only)                                                                     3. Parent/Legal Guardian must be present with proof of residency in either Prospect Park, Haledon, or North Haledon.                                                      4. Must have medical coverage information.                                                    5. Full payment and completion of all forms. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
